Terms & Conditions
The rules for using FitVance and participating in its challenges.

Acceptance and eligibility
By using FitVance, you agree to these Terms and the rules shown for any challenge you enter. Challenge or event eligibility, including any age requirements, will be stated in the applicable rules.
Account and device responsibilities
Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in secure. You are responsible for compatible device access, relevant activity permissions and timely connectivity. Step data may be unavailable or delayed because of device settings, permissions or sync conditions.
Challenge participation
Performance challenges measure the stated activity during a defined window; Goal challenges require the stated target. Step and camera-counted push-up challenges use their respective tracking and verification methods. Normal digital challenges are free to join during the India beta. The challenge screen or published rules govern timing, scoring, eligibility, rewards and any special conditions.
Fair activity and results
Only eligible activity in the applicable window counts. Do not spoof, automate or manipulate steps or camera-counted reps, tamper with devices or accounts, or act fraudulently. FitVance may investigate and invalidate activity or results where the rules reasonably require it. Rankings and rewards use processed results rather than an unverified device display.
Progress and rewards
XP supports progression through leagues; achievements recognise milestones. Victory Coins are an in-product reward for activity and progress, are not cash, cannot be withdrawn and have no guaranteed monetary value.
Future special rewards
Ordinary free digital challenges support XP, VC, achievements, league progress and rankings. Additional FitVance rewards or partner vouchers may be introduced later, only where they are explicitly announced with applicable terms. No future reward is promised for every challenge or participant.
Fitness safety and physical events
Take part in fitness activities at a level appropriate for you, follow safety guidance and stop if you feel unwell. FitVance challenges are not medical advice. If FitVance offers in-person events, their location, eligibility, safety and participation terms will be given for each event before entry.
Changes, cancellations and availability
FitVance may adjust, pause or cancel a challenge for technical, integrity, safety or operational reasons. We will address affected results or rewards under the applicable challenge rules and rights under law. Service features may change during beta.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use FitVance lawfully and respect other participants. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or copy its content, branding or software without permission. FitVance and its content remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict an account or challenge participation when reasonably needed to investigate abuse, protect the service or comply with law. You can delete your account in the app under Profile > Account Actions > Delete Account, or email support@fitvance.in if you cannot access it. Our Delete Account page explains the process and what happens to your data.

Service limitations
FitVance aims to provide a reliable experience, but availability and tracking can be affected by devices, networks and third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limits on liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the beta develops. We will show the updated date and provide any notice required by applicable law.
