Delete your account in the app, or contact support if you cannot access it.

Delete your account in the app

You can start account deletion in the FitVance Android app:

  1. Open the FitVance mobile app.
  2. Sign in to the account you want to delete. If you used Google sign-in, use the same Google account.
  3. Open Profile, go to Account Actions and select Delete Account.
  4. Choose Delete my account and follow the confirmation step. The app signs you out after the deletion request succeeds.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@fitvance.in from the address associated with your FitVance account and request account deletion. If you cannot use that address, explain this in your message. We will verify account ownership before acting on the request. Do not send your password or sign-in codes.

What deletion means

Deleting your FitVance account removes your profile and related personal information, including private activity, challenge participation, progress, XP and Victory Coin records. It is not just a pause or sign-out, and it cannot be undone.

The request also schedules removal of your associated Clerk sign-in identity. Linked-provider cleanup may finish in the background and is retried if temporarily unavailable. The app signs you out after deletion is completed or durably accepted for processing.

Finalized ranked results may remain without your name or account identity so completed leaderboards remain valid. Deleting FitVance does not delete your Google account or activity stored in Health Connect; those are managed separately.

Records that may be retained

A minimal hashed identity marker and deletion status may be retained to prevent restoration of deleted accounts and duplicate processing. Some records may also be kept if required by law or needed for security or disputes. How long they are kept depends on the record and reason. Email support if you have a question about your request.
